Assignment for this lesson

  1. Open one AI chat and introduce yourself the way the video shows — ADHD, strengths, struggles, what you need from it.
  2. Brain-dump everything in your head and have the AI sort it and pick one small target for this week.
  3. Ask it to break that target into 5–7 tiny steps, move those into your task system, and put a single cockpit block on your calendar.
